- Your Name.
- Your company name.
- Name of the software product you are having trouble with.
- Is it a trial version or registered?
- What version of Windows are you running?
- Detailed description of the problem, including any error messages.
- What actions were you taking when the problem occurred?
- If possible, it helps to send a screen shot of the error message.
