For help with any BodyShop Solutions Software, please send me an email with the following information.

  1. Your Name.
  2. Your company name.
  3. Name of the software product you are having trouble with.
  4. Is it a trial version or registered?
  5. What version of Windows are you running?
  6. Detailed description of the problem, including any error messages.
  7. What actions were you taking when the problem occurred?
  8. If possible, it helps to send a screen shot of the error message.
