What do you think about PMC Logic?? Is it better than Mitchell as far as accuracy?

I’m about ready to grab a few ballsy industry people, a code writer and put out my own calculating system. Something that has an option to integrate the clips and fasteners……..

John… been reading you topics for the last few slow days and I would concur with everything you say. My real question is; “how do you keep your job (I assume you are working for a dealership of some kind) when you speak so much truth? Whenever I raised these types of issues for dealership clients, the insurers always snuck around the back to the owner of the dealership trying to intimidate with suttle remarks about “steering customers.” Either your owner is a stand-up guy/gal or you are so efficient and profitable that his/her loyalty is in place.

The insurers won’t be happy until they completely brainwash the few remaining DRP shops that haven’t completely swallowed all their Kool-Aid. It is disgusting to realize that there are so few remaining in the collision and glass industries who have the moral courage to tell it like it is.

I have to give a shout to some of your readers who are old and good friends…. Rocco, Bob Isham, Tony L., etc… Happy anniversary to big dog Roy from ProD.

The many benefits of this new art form of Paintless dent repair is amazing. I wonder, and this is a new topic, with the millions of panel repairs being performed every year and those panels being saved from the conventional grind, sand and paint methods.Are having a positive affect on the environment.

I used DEG to prove that i was writing correctly in a situation with allstate. They say that they dont pay for adjacent panel repair and refinish in innerstructure break downs ( replacing top tie bar and lt lamp pocket in a core support assembly) when replacing the lt lamp pocket you affect the rail and the lower support. ADP did change their labor time on the opperation and said that thier repair time dosnt include adjactent panels. My state farm adjuster has been commiting insurance fraud for a long time. I cant imagine how much labor he has cheated all these shops out of.
