New Software Available. Quickbooks Integrator

Many of you are using Quickbooks in your collision repair business but have to manually enter information from your estimate. Most of the management systems that interface with your estimating system export your financials into Quickbooks, but most small shops cannot afford the excessively high monthly payments. For instance, CCC only offers Quickbooks integration if you buy their “CCC One Workflow,” and they want an insane $600 per month for that previlege.

There are also a couple of products available specifically designed to tranfer financial information from your estimating system to Quickbooks. But as with most software available for body shops, this software also comes with monthly payments.

Monthly payments are reasonable when there is data that needs to be updated, but software such as that used to transfer information between an estimating system and Quickbooks does not need regular updates. Software companies rely on monthly payments to generate a regular stream of income and keep users hooked on their services.

Now there is an alternative to expensive management systems and less expensive software that still requires monthly payments. My new Quickbooks Integrator is easy to use and very inexpensive compared to anything else available. It takes just a few minutes to set up and just a few clicks of the mouse to import customer and financial information from an estimate. No more duplicate entries. Once your information is entered into your estimating system, you’ll never have to type it into Quickbooks.

CCC One users will need to have CCC turn on your EMS feature. The other estimating systems include EMS export as a standard feature.

Download and try Quickbooks Integrator free for 10 days. If it works for you and like it you can purchase it for a one time payment of $299. No monthly payments, no additional fees.

  2. Is this also part of your office software or is this separate?

Thanks for making this available. I will be suggesting it to two collision shop clients of mine that I helped set up in QuickBooks or troubleshooted their problems.

  4. I just got a job at a paint and body shop as office manager. The owner has discovered that the elderly person who has been doing his books has been doing them wrong for a while. What is the best version of QuickBooks for this business? Is there a newer version that would be ideal since this blog was posted?

  8. I am working for a used car dealership that uses QuickBooks for their dealership software. We have an offsite Body Shop that uses Web-Est for the estimating system. We do not currently use a work order system but will be choosing one soon. I have many questions including P&L reports, job costing, scheduling and Body Shop specific accounting, insurance company tracking etc. Can you accommodate?
